¶1ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
¶2Appellant’s conviction for voluntary manslaughter was affirmed by the Court of Appeals in an unpublished opinion. After a review of the record we are of the opinion that the petition for review was improvidently granted. It is therefore ordered dismissed.
