¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 15th day of January 2008 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (William Barfield Bowie) shall have up to and including the 2nd day of June 2008 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 17th day of January 2008."
