¶1I dissent. I would reverse the judgment for the reasons expressed by Mr. Presiding Justice Pierce in the opinion prepared by him for the Court of Appeal in Clark v. Gibbons (Cal.App.) 50 Cal.Rptr. 127.
¶2Appellants’ petitions for a rehearing were denied May 17, 1967. Traynor, J., and McComb, J., were of the opinion that the petitions should be granted.
