¶1We reverse the order dismissing plaintiffs complaint with prejudice and hold that the record fails to support the trial court’s imposition of dismissal, the ultimate sanction. See Commonwealth Fed. Sav. & Loan Ass’n v. Tubero, 569 So.2d 1271 (Fla.1990).
¶2Reversed and remanded.
