Harris v. State

¶1We have consolidated these appeals for purposes of this opinion. We reverse the defendant’s sentence in each case and remand for resentencing in accordance with section 39.059, Florida Statutes (1993), as required by Troutman v. State, 630 So.2d 528 (Fla.1993).
