  3. “More recently, the Appellate Court of Illinois addressed the very issue we have before us. See People v. Shevock, 335 Ill.App.3d 1031 , 270 Ill.Dec. 390 , 782 N.E.2d 949 (2003). The court held the labels from Sudafed packages were admissible as an exception to the hearsay rule. Id. at 953-54. The court stated the label was required, subject to penalty, under state and federal law. Id. at 954.
