¶1We dismiss the appeal without prejudice to appellant’s moving the trial court to withdraw his plea, or seeking relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. See Davis v. State, *1311652 So.2d 503 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995).
