¶2The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 16th day of April 2008 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶3"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Fowler) shall have up to and including the 12th day of July 2008 to file and serve his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 23rd day of April 2008."
