Malham v. State

¶1Appellant argues, and the state properly concedes, that the trial court erred in refusing to allow appellant to testify at the pre-transfer hearing held pursuant to the Interstate Agreement on Detainers. We, therefore, reverse and remand for a new pretrans-fer hearing.
