¶1Don Thomas appeals from a non-final order denying his motion to dismiss for failure to effect timely service of process pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.070(i). We do not have jurisdiction to review this non-final order under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(i), and hereby dismiss this appeal. Novella Land, Inc. v. Panama City Beach Office Park, Ltd., 662 So.2d 743 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995).
