¶1This court does not have jurisdiction to dispose of this case in any manner other than to dismiss it. Appellant has attempted to appeal the trial court’s order rendered January 6, 1993 by filing a notice of appeal two years and nine months later. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(b).
¶2DISMISSED.
