¶1concurring.

¶2I agree with the majority that the trial court should consider preliminary questioning of the jurors before the full voir dire process begins. If it becomes clear after questioning that a number of jurors have knowledge of the ease, or the facts surrounding the incident, the trial court should strongly consider an immediate change in venue. This change of venue would be predicated on such knowledge being shadowed by prejudice.
