State v. Gunderson

¶1The State petitions for a writ of certiorari to review the trial court’s order modifying the terms of defendant’s sentence of community control, probation, and community service hours. We deny the petition because the trial court acted within its discretion under Section 948.05, Florida Statutes (1995), in converting a portion of defendant’s community control term to probation and adding community service hours.
