¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Tucker, 667 So.2d 1339 (Ala.1995), the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded to the Circuit Court for Tuscaloosa County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
