¶1ON PETITION FOR REHEARING
¶2On consideration of the state’s petition for rehearing in light of the recent decisions in Davis v. State, 661 So.2d 1193 (Fla.1995), and State v. Callaway, 658 So.2d 983 (Fla.1995), we withdraw our prior opinion and substitute the following: The order denying post-conviction relief is AFFIRMED.
