¶1In the instant case, we treat the appellant’s letter dated June 26,1995, as her initial brief. The decision of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services dated June 19, 1995, is hereby affirmed. See Rule 9.315, Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
