¶1In re Abrams, Paul; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “L”, No. 693-612; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit.

¶2Writ granted. The ruling of the district court is reversed. State motion to exclude psychological evidence in the guilt phase of trial is denied.

WATSON and KIMBALL, JJ., would deny the writ.
