¶1I dissent. I would affirm the judgment for the reasons expressed by Presiding Justice Files in the opinion prepared by him for the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Four (People v. Stanley, Crim. No. 11632, filed May 29, 1967, certified for nonpublication).
