¶1We reverse the trial court’s failure to tax the cost of the deposition of the witness Hargreaves. From our review of the record, we conclude that the Hargreaves deposition was reasonably necessary in supporting defendants’ motion for summary judgment on the statute of repose.
¶2*855In all other respects, however, we affirm the order on defendants’ motion to tax costs.
