¶1In re Mayes, Warren; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, No. 374-672; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 96KW-0814.

¶2Writ granted. The district court is ordered to rule on relator’s motion to recuse. See State v. Mayes, 96-0566 (La.App. 4th cir. 3/26/96), and to provide this court with proof of compliance.
