673 So. 2d 190

Strysick v. Strysick

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1996-05-15

Relies on 447 So. 2d 1026 - McClay v. McClay

Decided 1996-05-15

PER CURIAM.

¶1Under the circumstances of this case, it was an abuse of discretion for the trial court to fail to award at least a nominal amount of permanent alimony to preserve the future right of the wife to such assistance. See McClay v. McClay, 447 So.2d 1026 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984). To that extent, we reverse and remand. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
