¶1On Remand from the Supreme Court
¶2The prior judgment of this court has been reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama and the ease remanded. See Ex parte Smith, 673 So.2d 420 (Ala.1995). In compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is now affirmed.
¶3AFFIRMED.
