¶1The defendant’s convictions and sentences are affirmed. We do not consider the ineffective assistance of counsel argument, and make no determination on the merits thereof, since we believe that such argument in this case would be more appropriately addressed in collateral proceedings under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
