¶1The Judgment and Sentence entered herein are affirmed in all respects. However, as correctly acknowledged by the State, this case must be remanded to the trial court solely for the purpose of correcting the scrivener’s error in the Judgment Form so that the Judgment correctly reflects that the defendant in this case was tried and found guilty, rather than entering a plea of guilty.
