King v. State

¶1We affirm the revocation of appellant’s probation based solely upon his attempted commission of first degree murder as alleged in case number 94^8216 and the sentence imposed pursuant thereto. We must remand this cause, however, for the trial court to enter a written order of revocation in accordance with its oral pronouncements in this regard.
