¶1The relief sought in this petition for writ of habeas corpus and the arguments made herein were previously raised in a 1988 petition for writ of habeas corpus as well as in a 1991 petition for writ of mandamus. Previous rulings therefore control. See State v. Stabile, 443 So.2d 398 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984). Accordingly, the instant petition is denied.
