M.J.D. v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1996-07-19

Decided 1996-07-19

PER CURIAM.

¶1Appellant seeks review of the lower court’s order finding him guilty of disorderly conduct in a delinquency proceeding. The state properly concedes that the court could not properly find appellant guilty of disorderly conduct since the only charge was solicitation for prostitution. As to the offense charged, the record will not support a finding of guilt.

¶2REVERSED.
