¶1After consideration of the response by the State, the order denying the 3.800 motion is hereby reversed and the case is remanded to the trial court for a hearing to ascertain the proper credit for time served. Since the original judgment allows a credit for time served, the trial court may appoint the Office of the Public Defender to represent the defendant in this motion.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
