Priebe v. State

¶1We affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motion to correct illegal sentence pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We remand, however, for the trial court to execute a corrected guidelines score-sheet, to delete the points for legal constraint, as acknowledged by the court to be in error in its November 17, 1995, order.
