PER CURIAM.

¶1In this Anders1 appeal, the judgments and sentences are affirmed in all respects except that the scrivener’s errors which imposed habitual offender status in case no. 91-1626 and case no. 92-1171 are stricken.

¶2AFFIRMED as MODIFIED.
