¶1In these two cases, we grant the defendant, James C. Harris’, motion to consolidate. We affirm the trial court’s order denying his 3.850 motion, and we deny the petition for a writ of habeas corpus. See Medina v. State, 573 So.2d 293, 295 (Fla.1990); Ferguson v. Singletary, 632 So.2d 53, 57-58 (Fla.1993). The motions to sup*528plement the record are moot and also denied.
