¶1We affirm all issues on appeal. On the cross-appeal, we reverse the amended judgment of costs in favor of defendant and remand for reinstatement of the original judgment of attorney’s fees and costs in defendant’s favor. See Metropolitan Dade County v. Jones Boatyard, Inc., 611 So.2d 512 (Fla.1993); Aspen v. Bayless, 564 So.2d 1081 (Fla.1990).
¶2Affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded.
