¶1This cause is pending before the court as an appeal and cross-appeal from the Court of Appeals for Cuyahoga County.
¶2IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, effective January 7, 1994, that this cause be held pending the decision in Supreme Court case No. 92-2382, Sorrell v. Thevenir.
¶3IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that the briefing schedule be stayed.
