¶1Conviction is for possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; the punishment being one year in the penitentiary.
¶2The indictment is in regular form. No Statement of facts or bills of exception appear in the record. In such condition nothing is presented for review.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
