¶1(concurring). For reasons stated in the dissenting opinion in Scaria v. St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins. Co., ante, p. 1, the writer would adopt the unitary standard of care, based on conformity to the approved medical practice under the circumstances as to (1) diagnosis, (2) care and treatment, and (3) duty to inform in physician-patient situations.
