MONTIEL, Judge,

¶1concurring in part, dissenting in part.

¶2I respectfully dissent from the majority’s holding in Part I that the crime of possession of cocaine is not a crime involving moral turpitude. I believe that defense counsel should have been allowed to impeach the witness with evidence of his prior conviction for possession of cocaine. Therefore, I dissent from that holding. In all other respects, I concur in the majority’s opinion.
