¶1concurs.

¶2While I agree with the result reached in this matter, I conclude that the jury found that the fee sharing agreement was breached and thus without a contract the award was correctly made on a quantum meruit basis. I find nothing in the Professional Rules of Conduct which would prohibit attorneys from contracting with each other on fee sharing, as long as disclosure is made to the clients.
