¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

McMILLAN, Judge.

¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in State v. Johnson, 682 So.2d 385 (Ala.1996), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and the cause remanded to the circuit court of Montgomery County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
