¶1This is a companion case to Loadholt v. State, 683 So.2d 596 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996). Wright and Loadholt were codefendants who accepted the same plea deal in 1994, and have filed nearly identical petitions for belated appeals. We affirm the denial of post-conviction relief, consistent with this court’s opinion in Loadholt.
