¶2ORDER
¶3AND NOW, this 6th day of November, 1996, the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, dated November 2, 1995, is affirmed in part as to the grant of the preliminary objections with respect to Private Citizens, and reversed in part as to the grant of preliminary objections with respect to Cohen. This case is remanded for further proceedings as to Cohen’s complaint consistent with this opinion.
