¶1The summary denial of Lester’s Rule 3.850 motion is affirmed because he failed to set forth sufficient facts entitling him to relief. This affirmance is without prejudice to file an amended motion alleging that Lester was convicted in federal court and that his federal *1034sentence was not imposed concurrent to his state sentence, should that be the case.
¶2AFFIRMED.
