¶1In this direct criminal appeal, we find no merit to appellant’s claim that the trial court should have granted her motion for judgment of acquittal. However, we remand with directions that the trial court clarify the court costs it intended to impose and, to the extent required by law, identify the statutory basis therefor.
¶2AFFIRMED and REMANDED, with directions.
