¶1We affirm the conviction and sentence in this Anders appeal except that we strike the award of the Public Defender’s fee since the court failed to comply with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.720(d)(1). On remand, the trial court may reconsider the imposition of the fee after compliance with the Rule.
