¶1In re Clark, Levern M.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, *854No. 96-KW-0922; Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 9601923.

¶2The ruling of the trial court denying defendant’s motion to sever counts 1 and 2 is reversed and defendant’s motion to sever is granted. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
