¶1We reverse appellant’s judgment of guilt as to the charge of grand theft auto and remand with direction to the trial court to enter a judgment of acquittal and to modify its order in any other respects necessary to be consistent herewith. See State v. G.C., 572 So.2d 1380 (Fla.1991).
