¶1We affirm appellant Arthur Dotson’s conviction and sentence on the charges of battery and resisting arrest with violence except that portion of the sentence ordering restitution. We reverse that portion of the trial court’s order requiring appellant to pay restitution to a person not named in the information and direct the trial court to delete same. Longo v. State, 580 So.2d 212 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991).
