“'Actual prejudice is measured against the standard in Commonwealth v. Saferian , 366 Mass. 89 , 96 (1974), as in cases involving claims of ineffective assistance of counsel.' Commonwealth v. Croken , 432 Mass. 266 , 272 (2000).
