¶1Appeal pursuant to CPLR 5601 (d) from the January 14, 1987 judgment of the Court of Claims dismissed, without costs, by the Court of Appeals sua sponte, upon the ground that the final order of the Appellate Division, dated October 27, 1986, was the final appealable paper from which no appeal was properly taken (see, CPLR 5515 [1]; 5611).
