¶2I have previously dissented from this Court’s refusal to recede from or modify our prior holdings concerning appellant’s- competency issues. Cf Martin v. Dugger, 686 F.Supp. 1523 (S.D.Fla.1988). However, I concur in the majority’s present holding that the trial court has complied with the controlling majority opinion in Medina v. State, 690 So.2d 1241 (Fla. 1997).
