¶1The defendant, Andre R. Blanco, appeals from his sentence contending that the trial court erred by assessing “legal constraint” points on the guidelines scoresheet. We reverse the defendant’s sentence and remand for an evidentiary hearing to determine the defendant’s legal constraint status at the time that the offenses were committed and for entry of a sentence in accordance with the trial court’s determination.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
